Erin Parmer

I am a hard worker with a positive and uplifting attitude, eager to leverage my previous work experience to help a new company achieve its goals. My journey in customer service began at T-Mobile, where I currently handle inbound calls related to billing, promotions, tech support, and sales. I also conduct monthly business reviews to foster development within the company and support new hires during their training.

Prior to T-Mobile, I worked at Burlington as a Sales Associate, where I was responsible for stocking and reorganizing merchandise, as well as managing fitting rooms. My experience at Kaweah Delta Urgent Care as a Patient Access representative involved registering incoming patients and verifying their information for surgeries. Additionally, I served as an Assistant Manager at Skechers, where I maintained shipment processes and ensured my team met sales goals through effective communication and accountability.
