In my current role as Director of Operations, I drive day-to-day operations across departments while keeping everything aligned with the mission of delivering compassionate, individualized autism care. I turn complex data into actionable insights by building Tableau dashboards that track client utilization rates, staffing efficiency, and service delivery patterns—so leadership can make faster, smarter decisions backed by real numbers.

I also keep operations running smoothly with Salesforce and internal CRM systems to manage client relationships, tighten communication loops with referral sources, and improve data accuracy. Through Jira, I coordinate cross-departmental projects so teams have clear visibility into priorities and bottlenecks—reducing constant status meetings and improving execution.

Previously, as a Clinical Program Supervisor, I dug into operational reports, improved clinic performance, and kept compliance tight across treatment protocols. I supervised staff, supported RBT competency evaluations, led monthly trainings tied directly to what teams needed, and managed scheduling and coverage during gaps to ensure clients never experienced avoidable disruption.
