I am looking for an administrative role where my skills can create a direct impact. I thrive when I can streamline processes, color code, and provide the reliable foundation for leadership—anticipating needs and creating an efficient workspace.

At Iowa State Patrol, I serve as a key point of contact for the public, agencies, and attorneys’ offices while managing payroll, records, case discovery, contracts, scheduling, and sensitive information.

I also founded CraftsEverywhere, where I’ve fulfilled more than 11,000 custom handmade orders, built a social media presence, and partnered with brands, including JoAnn, Lion Brand, Clover, and WeAreKnitters. I bring more than 10 years of office management, customer service, workflow optimization, and data-processing experience to a department leadership team.
