I’m a Billing Specialist with close to 10 years working in fast-paced corporate environments, where I’m known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and efficient—especially when it comes to managing billing processes, resolving discrepancies, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

I played a key role in developing and launching an automated billing system that streamlined processes and supported accurate, high-volume billing for thousands of clients. In my end-to-end account support work, I handled onboarding, billing guidance, and issue resolution, while also managing billing-related contract terms to ensure accurate invoicing and compliance.

I also strengthen the full billing lifecycle by managing AR collection processes to ensure timely payments and accurate accounts, generating collection reports and notices, escalating delinquent accounts when needed, and reconciling daily deposit batches through to resolved customer credit balances. I enjoy improving efficiency through automation initiatives, analyzing billing data and consumption patterns through data governance, and preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
