As an Election Assistant for the County of Riverside, I manage essential data relating to over 1.2 million voters, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility. I effectively communicate complex voting information to the public, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a commitment to transparency. I also implement voting procedures, contributing to a well-run election office.

At Abilitie, I was responsible for scheduling technical contractors to support asynchronous virtual meetings across the globe and I was tasked with providing onboarding support for our program facilitators. This role expanded my organizational skills and gave me invaluable global coordination experience. Most importantly, it allowed me the opportunity to polish my communication with clients.

Several highlights of my time at Abeka included resolving complex financial ledger issues, providing educational planning recommendations, and offering general but essential technical support to customers.

At Starcrest I assisted the senior analyst with sales projections and ran product sales reports.
