I develop relationships across approximately 85 carrier partners and guide consumers and business owners through regulated insurance and financial-product decisions. I run sales conversations from prospecting and discovery through presentation, onboarding, renewal, and expansion.

I use Go High Level to manage CRM workflows for lead segmentation, pipeline tracking, automated email and text nurture, call routing, and campaign follow-up. I also recruited, trained, and coached five agents on consultative selling and follow-up.

During recent consumer-lending research, I developed contractor-facing home-improvement financing concepts, including homeowner objection responses, monthly-payment talk tracks, partner adoption planning, and sales-team retraining ideas.
