I am a seasoned localization professional with over 15 years of experience enabling global businesses to communicate across linguistic and cultural boundaries. I specialize in e-commerce, software application and game localization, and life sciences translations, delivering end-to-end solutions from LQA to subtitling and project management.

Throughout my career I have managed high-volume and high-value projects, including leading end-to-end localization that achieved an 80% profit margin on a major Mineralogy engagement and earning a 2.99/3.00 QTP score for Quality, Timeliness and Professionalism. I routinely use TMS and CAT tools (XTRF, Phrase, MemoQ, SDL Trados, Smartling, Lokalise, Crowdin) and implement AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and accuracy.
