I’m a client-focused customer service professional with 10+ years in fast-paced, customer-facing environments, including direct member-contact-center experience with a credit union. Since March 2020, I’ve worked remotely while consistently exceeding performance metrics, maintaining accuracy and compliance in deadline-driven work. At Disney Streaming Services, I’m proficient across Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu, and I support data-driven decisions by creating team performance materials like presentations and dashboards.
