I’ve spent 22 years running a service business and owning the work end-to-end — client relationships, delivery quality, timelines, vendors, and day-to-day operations.

I’m strong at clarifying expectations, addressing problems and challenges, improving how work gets done, and keeping projects and relationships on track.

I work best in environments that value reliability, clear communication, and practical ownership. I’m currently looking for a full-time role in client services, operations, project/delivery coordination, or related support work — remote or based in Lubbock, Texas.
