I’m looking for a business-operations role where I can diagnose execution gaps, standardize workflows with the right systems, and lead change that improves visibility, accountability, and scalable execution.

I’m a business operations leader who steps into ambiguous environments where growth has outpaced infrastructure, then creates clarity through operational transformation, process improvement, and business systems implementation. I partner with founders and executive teams to translate business challenges into practical priorities, operating models, and implementation plans that teams can actually run.

Most recently, as an Operations Lead, I transformed a founder-dependent operating model into a structured framework with documented workflows and an operating cadence, including a biweekly business operating review with a scorecard across ~25 performance indicators. Previously, as Director, Global Marketing Operations, I led a distributed team, managed a $700K annual budget, and implemented HubSpot to replace fragmented legacy processes—driving adoption, alignment, and consistent marketing-to-sales operating rhythms.
