At GKN Aerospace, I own more than 50 production-critical applications supporting testing, laboratory, and manufacturing operations. I led a technical investigation that contributed to an 89% reduction in processing time for a business-critical engineering application.
I manage installations, upgrades, licensing, documentation, vendor coordination, Active Directory access, and operational support in a restricted OT environment. I also build PowerShell automation for deployments and machine-level data synchronization, support SAT and validation activities, and help evaluate an intranet platform for approximately 5,000 users.
Previously, I supported warehouse and ERP operations at Tetra Pak, Alfa Laval, and Tranpenad, troubleshooting SAP, Astro WMS, Cargowrite, integrations, scanners, printers, PCs, and networked devices. My hands-on lab work includes Linux DNS, Windows Server, WireGuard, Docker, Python, Flask, Pi-hole, and Power BI.
