What I'm looking for

I seek senior IT roles where I can bridge business and IT, lead BI/maintenance or release teams, drive service reliability and agile delivery, and work with external suppliers in an international, quality-focused environment.

I am a dedicated IT professional with several years delivering BI/DW, application development and integration solutions across finance, insurance, retail, telecom and public sectors. I bridge business and IT by translating requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions and have led offshore teams to successful deliveries.

In my current role as an IT maintenance manager I own lifecycle and continuity for critical motor insurance applications, created IT-continuity plans and BIAs, ensured ITIL processes, managed SLAs with external suppliers, and led disaster recovery, backup and failover controls. Previously I served as release manager and system analyst in BI, creating DevOps agile boards, coordinating releases and founding an Objectspecialist forum to share best practices.

I hold ITIL 4 Foundation (96% score) and Leading SAFe certifications and have hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MS Integration/Analysis/Reporting Services, Power BI and QlikView. I am goal-focused, practical, and effective both independently and as part of cross-functional, international teams.
