At The Holley Institute, Henry Ford Health, I led the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of a nonprofit serving Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind individuals and families. I developed initiatives focused on communication access, health equity, family education, and community impact.
I directed fundraising and resource development, including grants, major gifts, donor relations, and corporate partnerships. I also partnered with the Board of Directors and Henry Ford Health leadership on strategy, governance, financial stewardship, and long-term sustainability.
At New York State Thruway Authority, I advised executives and managers on equal employment opportunity and workplace equity. I investigated complaints and managed determinations on reasonable and religious accommodation requests.
At Planned Parenthood of Central & Western New York, I led the organization-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. Earlier, I worked in employee retention at Rochester Institute of Technology / National Technical Institute for the Deaf and provided ASL interpretation at Sorenson Communications and Rochester Institute of Technology.
