I am looking for a role that allows me to drive impactful DEI initiatives and foster inclusive environments within organizations.

I am a program management professional with over 10 years of experience dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion within academia. My journey has been marked by a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale events that align DEI goals with organizational objectives. I am passionate about advocating for underrepresented groups and creating collaborative environments that empower individuals to thrive.

Currently, I serve as the Mellon Program Associate at the Institute for Citizens & Scholars, where I develop and implement programs that enhance diversity and foster inclusive academic environments. My role involves cultivating relationships with faculty and stakeholders, facilitating networking opportunities, and designing impactful retreats for underrepresented scholars. I believe that through strategic insights and data-driven evaluations, we can measure the success of DEI initiatives and drive meaningful change.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to fostering an inclusive culture. From leading educational programs at the Tanenbaum Center for Interreligious Understanding to teaching multidisciplinary courses at Bloomfield College, I have honed my skills in conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement.
