I've supported pediatric patient care at Nightlight Pediatric Urgent Care since 2015, serving as a Back Office Lead Certified Medical Assistant. I obtain vital signs, administer medications and injections, perform phlebotomy and basic lab testing, and assist physicians with minor procedures.

I oversee back-office workflow, staff adherence to protocols, instrument sterilization, sterile tray preparation, and medical-supply inventory through McKesson. I also help patients and families communicate through translation support.

Earlier, I provided front- and back-office support at Texas Children’s Pediatrics-Fannin, Hugo Gonzalez and Associates, and Dr. Lora Torres Pediatrics. My work included patient histories, immunizations, referrals, insurance verification, authorizations, appointment scheduling, and high-volume phone communication.

I'm eager to apply my clinical experience and patient engagement skills as a Remote Enrollment Specialist at Medsien, helping patients access chronic care management services.
