Yadira Callejas Hernandez

I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) Certified Medical Assistant with progressive pediatric clinical and leadership experience. I have coordinated front- and back-office operations, trained staff, and served as a liaison between physicians and non-physician staff to ensure efficient patient care.

In my current role as Back Office Lead, I oversee day-to-day activities of non-physician staff, manage vaccine inventory and audits, and participate in operational reviews to improve clinic performance. I also manage TVC vaccine ordering and asthma action plan processes.

Earlier roles included comprehensive CMA duties—rooming patients, vital signs, specimen collection, rapid diagnostic testing, immunizations, newborn screening, telephone triage, and occasional front-office coverage including insurance verification. I have hands-on EMR experience with EClinicalWorks and Centricity.

I hold a Medical Assistant diploma and national CMA certification, plus spirometry and asthma training from the American Lung Association. I bring a dependable, patient-focused approach and a track record of improving clinical workflows and staff competency.
