I’m an energetic, compassionate Medical Assistant committed to providing exceptional patient care. I create a welcoming, supportive environment while assisting providers with professionalism, empathy, and high-quality service.

Since March 2018, I’ve served as a Medical Assistant at Pucillo Family Practice, where I room patients and document vitals, chief complaints, and medical histories in EHR. I also administer injections, vaccines, and medications per provider orders.

I bring hands-on clinical capability including phlebotomy, specimen collection, and lab testing, along with coordination of prior authorizations, follow-ups, and prescription refills. Earlier roles strengthened my front/back workflow, from insurance verification and co-pay collection to multi-line phones and patient communication.

My background includes performing EKGs, urinalysis, and rapid strep tests, as well as supporting records, scheduling, and chart preparation. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, cross-trained in multiple clinical and administrative functions, and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, eClinicalWorks, and AthenaOne.
