I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Certified Medical Assistant with multi-year experience supporting specialty and primary care clinics, including endocrinology, pulmonary/critical care, sleep, and pediatrics. I consistently deliver excellent patient service, perform clinical procedures, and manage scheduling and chart preparation to keep clinics running smoothly.

At Baylor College of Medicine Endocrinology, I roomed patients, administered vaccines, placed CGM devices, performed retinopathy exams, managed Epic in-basket tasks, trained patients on MyChart and device uploads, and supported telemedicine workflows. I have hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks, Allscripts, and Epic and am recognized as a quick learner who assumes additional responsibilities.

I bring strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, a reliable work ethic, and proficiency in clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, ECGs, lab procedures, infection control, prior authorizations, and medical record management.
