What I'm looking for

I'm looking to partner with leaders on employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, engagement, and organizational change while using HR metrics to improve retention, productivity, and culture.

I've partnered with leaders at Trulieve, HCA Healthcare, and Amazon to align HR strategy with operational needs across healthcare, retail, and high-volume operations.

At Trulieve, I supported 25 managers and more than 400 employees, raising Culture Focus store engagement scores from 3.21 to 4.57 through targeted engagement strategies and manager coaching. I also partnered with Talent Acquisition to onboard 360 employees.

At HCA Healthcare, I supported 10 leaders and 750+ employees across clinical and operational departments, onboarding 257 nurses and healthcare professionals while supporting compliance, workforce planning, and employee development.

At Amazon, I served as the primary HR partner for 2,000+ associates and 20 operations leaders, conducted 50+ workplace investigations, and analyzed attendance, attrition, engagement, and labor utilization metrics.
