What I'm looking for
I’m a Virtual Assistant with remote experience since 2023, serving as a first point of contact for callers, scheduling bookings, and managing appointments for patients and providers. I handle calls and emails while supporting day-to-day operations, including performing and scheduling onboarding and keeping records updated through data entry.
Previously, I supported customers as a Customer Service Executive and Sales Agent—answering and directing incoming calls, engaging in active listening, and documenting call information according to standard operating procedures. I also perform informal and formal needs assessments to recommend the right products and services, promote and sell offerings with appropriate discussion, and use software, databases, scripts, and tools provided by managers to ensure effective communication.
