What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote customer service role where I can manage tickets in CRM tools, deliver fast multi-channel support, and improve CSAT/DSAT through SLA-focused workflows and clear communication.

I’m a customer service professional with hands-on experience in CRM platforms, ticket management, and multi-channel client support. I handle inquiries via email, web chat, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, with a strong focus on SLA compliance and customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/DSAT).

I’ve been trained in Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom, and HubSpot, and I bring disciplined queue prioritization, knowledge base management, and efficient canned responses to resolve issues quickly. I also support remote collaboration using Slack and Microsoft Teams, and I’m comfortable creating instructional videos with Loom to help customers get the answers they need.
