I’m a customer-focused sales professional with a long record of delivering great service in fast-paced, guest-facing environments. I’m bilingual (Spanish/English) and I approach every interaction with the respect and care I expect for myself.

Most recently, I worked Sales at a luxury men’s clothing store detail at Santiago de Chile (Oct 2025 – Jan 2026). Before that, I served as SENIOR SALES / KOMAX S.A. (Nov 2018 – Ago 2024), strengthening customer service and store relationships for long-term success.

I also bring experience from hospitality and tours. As a TOUR GUIDE / SELVATICA PARK (Dec 2017 – Feb 2018), I cared for customers on tour days and was recognized as the “best tour guide” on Nov 2017 according Trip Advisor in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Earlier, I worked ECONCIERGE & SOCIAL MEDIA / AM RESORTS, supporting guest experiences while managing social media for Zoëtry Villa Rolandi.

Beyond customer-facing roles, I’ve supported operations through IT work and team coordination, including IT FREELANCE (Feb 2009 – Dec 2015) and IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT, plus earlier management and marketing responsibilities. I’m outgoing, proactive, and a leader who takes commitments seriously.
