I am a dedicated and results-driven IT professional with a strong background in software development, data analysis, and customer service. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, I have developed a unique blend of technical and interpersonal skills that enable me to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.

My professional journey began as a Computer Programmer at 3AL Technologies Limited, where I was responsible for designing and implementing software systems, writing SQL queries, and managing database connections. I then moved on to Soft Interface Limited, where I worked as a Programmer/Analyst, carrying out software system documentation, designing and creating software systems databases, and writing SQL queries.
