I’m a highly motivated customer-focused graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree and strong hospitality industry experience. I pride myself on delivering excellent customer service, managing client relationships, and performing confidently in fast-paced environments.

In my recent role as a Customer Service Associates at Class Suit Limited, I attended to client enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. I built and maintained strong customer relationships to improve client satisfaction and retention, while processing transactions accurately using POS systems and following proper cash-handling procedures.

Previously, as a Customer Service Assistant at Norton Industries (2022–2023), I engaged customers in a welcoming and professional manner and supported inventory tracking and reporting. I managed customer orders to ensure timely service delivery, while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with operational standards.

Earlier, as a Supervisor at Bates Garden Guest House, Ajah (2013–2014), I ensured compliance with hotel standards and prioritized customer satisfaction. I managed and assessed team members, helping establish and implement standard organizational protocols and procedures—an approach I still carry into every customer-facing role.
