At Blair Digital Studios, I translate business requirements into CRM, automation, web, and AI-enabled implementation plans. I gather requirements through discovery and workflow audits.
I configure reusable client workflows, including a 12-stage CRM pipeline, lead routing, appointment reminders, and follow-up sequences. I also built and tested prospect-specific implementations, including six live demos and a revenue workflow with a two-way AI receptionist.
I own delivery from scope through configuration, integration, testing, launch, training, and post-launch troubleshooting. My work uses GoHighLevel, Twilio, REST APIs, and webhooks.
On VYBE, an AI Passenger Experience Platform, I designed and deployed a voice concierge using ElevenLabs speech services and Vercel serverless functions. I implemented Supabase authentication and data flows, integrated Google Places and Routes, and tested end-to-end product flows.
