What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Experience and CRM systems professional with 14+ years of experience designing, optimizing, and managing end-to-end workflows across the customer lifecycle. I focus on improving efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes in fast-paced environments, especially within SaaS and cloud-based operations.
In my most recent role as an Implementation Lead (Founder) at West Peak Collective, I led end-to-end CRM and SaaS implementations—from initial discovery through go-live and adoption. I designed scalable onboarding workflows and automations to reduce friction and improve efficiency across multiple client implementations, translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable system specifications.
I also serve as a strategic client contact and advisor throughout implementations, driving alignment, communication, and successful delivery. I simplified complex system workflows and technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders to drive understanding and adoption, and partnered with technical teams on system integrations, including API-based workflows and third-party tool connections.
My automation toolkit includes GoHighLevel and Zapier to reduce manual processes and improve overall workflow efficiency. Earlier, as a Business Development Executive (Client Transition & Delivery Support) at Tavola Group, I supported transition of client relationships, systems, and workflows after acquisition, maintaining continuity across active implementations and client accounts.
