Emmanuel Moyo

I’m an IT Support / Network Support graduate with formal training in Computer Networking and Cybersecurity. I’m detail-oriented and motivated to apply my technical knowledge while learning quickly in a professional IT environment.

Through my labs and academic projects, I’ve built a strong foundation in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. I installed and configured Windows operating systems in virtual and physical environments, set up and tested LANs, and diagnosed common connectivity problems.

I also practiced core networking and support fundamentals: configuring IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP, and performing user account management. I supported printers and peripherals and worked with helpdesk fundamentals like ticketing to deliver dependable service.

On the cybersecurity side, I completed cybersecurity labs covering basic vulnerability identification, securing user accounts and systems, and implementing firewall and security configuration basics. I’m ready for an entry-level IT Support / Helpdesk / Network role where I can grow into a skilled IT professional.
