I’m seeking an opportunity to grow within an IT Support or Service Desk environment—helping users troubleshoot Windows, software, and access issues while building stronger cybersecurity skills through real-world support and learning.

I’m a motivated IT Support and Cybersecurity professional with hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows systems, software applications, virtual environments, and user-related technical issues. I support clients through technical support, documentation, customer service, and system setup—using practical labs, tutoring, and business technology support.

As Founder & IT Lead at STN Partners, I manage digital operations, resolve common hardware/software/login issues, set up user accounts and access permissions, and write clear how-to documentation to help users handle recurring problems independently. I also build and maintain business websites, and I continue developing my security capability through courses like ALX Cybersecurity, while staying focused on threat identification and security awareness.
