I’m a versatile Business Development and Customer Relationship professional with over twelve years of experience across Business Development, Customer Care, and Hospitality. As a senior Business Development Officer/Coordinator with over eight years in a leading Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), I’ve driven revenue growth, expanded client portfolios, and optimized service delivery processes.

Earlier, my four years as an inbound/outbound Customer Care Representative at Zain/Airtel strengthened my communication and problem-solving ability for diverse audiences.
