Emmanuel Dukundane
@emmanueldukundane
Student recruitment and admissions leader guiding families from inquiry to enrollment.
What I'm looking for
I’ve spent 10+ years in international education guiding students and families from first inquiry through enrollment and beyond, across recruitment, admissions, customer success, and program management. At Kaplan International Pathways, I owned a multi-market recruitment territory for five US university partners, managed high-volume outreach across WhatsApp, email, phone, and video, and kept pipeline and case data in Salesforce CRM to prioritize outreach.
I also coordinated multi-country partnership programs as Partnership Program Director for Princeton University’s Bridge Year, serving students, host families, and administrators across Bolivia, India, Indonesia, and Senegal. Earlier, I directed recruitment and admissions in Kigali for Davis College (formerly Akilah Institute for Women), leading a nine-person team and driving Salesforce adoption and pipeline forecasting, and I began with individualized advising at EducationUSA through the US Embassy Kigali.
