What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building high-volume recruitment pipelines, strengthening candidate engagement, and using data to improve outreach, conversion, and retention.

I've managed high-volume candidate pipelines at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and Farmingdale State College, guiding prospective students from outreach and onboarding through conversion and program completion.

At Farmingdale, I managed full-cycle recruitment for 3,000+ candidates annually, conducted 50+ monthly consultations, and used Slate and Banner to track engagement, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics. I also led outreach and diversity recruitment initiatives across New York State and beyond.

At John Jay, I manage a 300+ candidate pipeline, analyze recruitment and retention trends, and coordinate 10+ recruitment events and information sessions each semester. My earlier student-support and customer-relations work strengthened my ability to communicate, organize programs, train teams, and create welcoming experiences.
