What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an Information Technology role where I can contribute my skills and knowledge in AI while continuing to learn and grow professionally.

I support shipping and logistics operations as a Document Associate, processing documentation, supporting customs compliance, managing inventory, and responding to high-volume customer inquiries.

Previously, I worked as IT Staff/Admin for an online casino, troubleshooting remotely, resolving client concerns through chat, and managing casino issues and chip loading.

At Datacentric, I fed sports analytics and information to client betting sites through calls and analyzed sports statistics using software. I also completed IT Helpdesk Support on-the-job training at Sutherland Corp.

I bring practical experience with AI tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, remote support, data management, and flexible availability across US, UK, and AU time zones. I'm looking to contribute my IT and AI knowledge while continuing to learn and grow professionally.
