Before that, I worked on-site as a ComputerShop Technician/Operator (2010–2016), overseeing daily shop operations and providing technical assistance to customers. I diagnosed and repaired hardware/software issues, installed and configured operating systems, applications, and network connections, performed routine system maintenance, and maintained organized records of repairs and transactions.
