Before that, I worked on-site as a ComputerShop Technician/Operator (2010–2016), overseeing daily shop operations and providing technical assistance to customers. I diagnosed and repaired hardware/software issues, installed and configured operating systems, applications, and network connections, performed routine system maintenance, and maintained organized records of repairs and transactions.

I bring a practical tech-and-ops mindset to every task: data entry accuracy, email/calendar management, and Google Workspace productivity. I’m also certified in Google Workspace Basics and Microsoft Office training, with additional training that includes Windows OS troubleshooting, digital marketing, and IT-adjacent courses—so I adapt quickly to new tools and support fast-paced workflows.
