What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations, drive growth through marketing, and use data-backed analysis to support decisions—while collaborating with a mission-driven team and delivering a great customer experience.

I manage a studio that generated a gross revenue of $1 million per year, leading day-to-day operations while supporting members and staff. I also grew the studio from 150 members to 600+ members within 2 years through hands-on management and member acquisition.

As an intern with Sports Planning Inc, I composed spreadsheets of player data to guide decision-making and provided quantitative analysis of player statistics. I also researched and contacted major corporations for potential brand deals, translating insights into actionable sponsor opportunities.

I’ve carried that customer-first energy into my work as a Burn Ambassador, promoting the gym to attract new members and ensuring smooth functioning of the facilities. In a contract renegotiation project, I composed spreadsheets of comparable NFL player statistics & salaries to support a renewal decision.
