My name is Emily Vargas, and I have a diverse background in customer service and operational roles. I began my career as a temperature checker during the Covid-19 pandemic, where I was responsible for assessing symptoms and ensuring the safety of employees. This role honed my communication skills and taught me the importance of attention to detail.

Following that, I worked as a production operator at International Grains and Cereal, where I monitored production lines and ensured they operated smoothly. My current position as a flooring associate at Home Depot allows me to assist customers with their flooring projects, further enhancing my customer service skills and product knowledge.
