I’m a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant and operations-focused professional with experience spanning operations management, content quality assurance, logistics coordination, and community stakeholder engagement. I’m known for managing multiple responsibilities at once, communicating clearly across organizational levels, and delivering results with minimal supervision.

In my current role as Head of Operations, I oversee day-to-day operational workflows to keep production and distribution running smoothly. I coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and staff scheduling, track inventory levels, prepare operational reports, and implement process improvements to strengthen efficiency.

Before that, I worked as a Copywriter & Quality Assurance Officer, producing clear written content for an international readership and reviewing published material for factual accuracy, tone consistency, and editorial standards. I also conducted structured research to support content development across financial and trading topics, while maintaining content schedules against tight deadlines.

Earlier experience as a Logistics Officer (Intern) and Community Relations Officer strengthened how I liaise between internal teams and external partners. I’m comfortable working across time zones with remote international teams, and I’m currently developing deeper proficiency in remote collaboration tools to provide high-quality virtual assistance.
