What I'm looking for
am a dedicated Customer Support and Email Correspondence Specialist with experience in customer service, remote support, call center operations, and administrative assistance. My professional journey began as an Office Assistant, where I developed strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills. I later worked as a Call Support Agent at Omnipay Limited, assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records while delivering excellent service.
Most recently, I worked remotely with DCS Communication Center in Germany as an Email Correspondence Specialist from August 2025 to June 2026. In this role, I managed customer communications, handled high-volume email correspondence, utilized CRM and ticketing systems, and collaborated with an international team to provide timely and professional support.
I am skilled in Customer Support, CRM systems, Zendesk, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Data Entry, Administrative Support, and Email Management. I am also currently undergoing training in Data Annotation and AI to expand my technical capabilities and remain competitive in the evolving digital workspace.
