What I'm looking for

I'm looking to drive SaaS adoption and customer success through client advocacy, technical training, learning experience design, and cross-functional collaboration.

I've supported SaaS clients at Open LMS by leading adoption and education engagements, coordinating monthly engagement for 35 strategic clients, and translating feedback into learning resources, curriculum, and platform enhancements.

Before Open LMS, I spent more than a decade at NC State University helping faculty and staff adopt Moodle, Zoom, and enterprise learning technologies through documentation, workshops, pilot programs, and instructional design-informed technology strategy.
