What I'm looking for

I want to positively impact company growth by working as part of a team to achieve goals and targets. I’m looking to create an enabling environment and bring both individualism and team spirit that benefits the organisation.

I’m a self-driven hospitality leader born and raised in Kenya, focused on growth, success, and independence. My goal is to positively impact whichever organisation I join by contributing to company growth, clear teamwork, and measurable results.

In my current role as Hotel Manager at Shaam Food Court (Nanyuki), I focus on enabling strong day-to-day operations through effective people management and disciplined stock control. I’ve also progressed through leadership roles at KFC Westlands with Kuku Foods Kenya, moving from Customer Service Team Member to Shift Supervisor, and then to Assistant General Manager. Over this course I built a track record of managing labour, supporting performance targets, and maintaining a productive working environment.

I bring a “learn-and-improve” mindset thanks my agility and adaptability.

I have developed my analytical side through Moringa School’s part-time, remote Data Science program, and I stay computer-savvy with AI automation, Data analysis tools, Microsoft Office Suites, and emailing to support consistent execution.
