I am seeking an opportunity to grow in a dynamic hospitality setting, where I can leverage my skills and passion for customer service.

I am a motivated and enthusiastic aspiring hotelier with hands-on experience in food and beverage service and field research. My journey in the hospitality industry has equipped me with a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and accuracy. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am known for my punctuality, hard work, and professionalism.

Currently, I work as an Enumerator and Research Assistant at Research Plus Africa, where I collect and verify data for various research projects across Kenya. This role has honed my ability to ensure accuracy and ethical compliance during fieldwork. Previously, I interned at the University of Nairobi's Senior Common Room Members Club, where I assisted in food and beverage operations, delivering courteous service to members and guests. My experiences have provided me with valuable exposure to hospitality protocols and customer satisfaction.
