I’m a dynamic, results-oriented Restaurant Manager with over 3 years of progressive leadership experience across multiple high-volume food service outlets in Nairobi. I currently oversee operations at KFC Ruaka and I’m driven by delivering exceptional guest experiences and dependable brand standards.

I lead full restaurant operations—team performance, daily P&L accountability, service excellence across all shifts, and recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coaching of front-of-house and kitchen teams. I maintain rigorous food safety, hygiene, and health compliance protocols while keeping operations consistent and guest-focused.

In prior roles across KFC Westgate, KFC Waiyaki Way, and KFC Village Market, I implemented structured training programs that reduced service errors and improved guest satisfaction. I also bring business discipline from Sales & Marketing work and an Accounts & Claims internship, plus a BSc in Actuarial Science that strengthens my analytical approach to cost control and performance.
