I have been deeply involved in Enterprise Commercial Sales and (B2B) Partner acquisition in ICT business for more than 10 years. I performed 7 different positions within the same company, having promotion almost each consequence year. During these years I have interacted with more than 100 customers and Partners, Regional and Global Distributors, GSIs and VAPs both in the Middle East and Central Europe - Nordic Regions. I worked on Organizational Strategy, Strategical Engagements, E2E Business Partnerships, Channel Marketing, Eco system Alliances, Corporate Omnichannel, Partner Success, Incremental Sales Development, Deal Registration Management, Corporate Compliances, Brand-Product Techno Commercial and Contractual Dispute Management.

My recent role was “Head, Distribution - Channel Sales & Alliances” where I managed local Distributors - large teams consisting of 20 experts of Sales, Pre Sales, Inside Sales, Business Process and Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Marketing and Finance in United Arab Emirates Huawei office. I carried sales target of country Channel annual incremental revenue and managed Partner Account Sales Development executives, and I was direct responsible of performance of Name and Non-Name Channel Partners, local VAPs, Global GISs, JVs, Cloud, SaaS Resellers, Managed Services Partners, HALPs and Regional GPs. Plus, I supported Managed Services and Outsourcing Projects, support Procurement and Human Resources Projects of organization in corporate levels. During my career, I held active roles for company Expansion Strategy in local SBM verticals, audit, and re-design different countries Logistic and Supply Centers Operations, Stocks and Warehouses, Supply Chain & Procurement operations by providing guidance and mentorship to all internal and external teams.

The longest role I held was “Regional Senior Manager, Partner Success & Order Fulfillment (CA&C Region),” where I managed Corporate Strategy for Partnerships, SMB expansion, Commercial Orders, Bidding & Proposals, Budget Estimations, Commercial Contracts, ARs, Revenue, Supply Chain, Channel Marketing and Alliances.
