What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer engagement/customer support role where I can own enquiry handling, investigate and resolve issues using CRM, and turn customer feedback into process improvements—while working collaboratively and maintaining high service standards.

I’m a customer engagement and outreach professional with proven experience handling inbound and outbound enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels. I investigate and resolve customer issues with accuracy and empathy, ensuring timely follow-up so no case is left unresolved.

I maintain CRM records, identify trends in customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. With a background in education and environmental consulting, I bring strong active listening, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment—supported by Microsoft 365 and Freshdesk.
