Previously at Greggs, I progressed from team member to Supervisor, managing opening and closing procedures, stock ordering, daily banking, audit preparation, fresh-food production, and staff training. I served hundreds of customers each day while maintaining quick, friendly service and operational standards.

I also built experience at The Station Pilot, where I coordinated communication between waiting staff, bar staff, chefs, and management, resolved customer concerns, and developed food safety and health-and-safety knowledge.
