In my current role as a Receptionist/Client Care Specialist, I deliver high-quality client support across phone, email, and in-person interactions. I manage scheduling, confirmations, and client records within EMR systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency, while collaborating with my team to resolve scheduling or service issues and improve workflow.

I also bring hands-on client service experience as an Esthetician and Spa Associate/Receptionist, where I educated clients on skincare routines, delivered personalized consultations, maintained detailed client records, and ensured compliance with health and safety standards. With an Honors Diploma in Advanced Medi-Spa Therapy and Dermalogica certifications, I combine product and service expertise with strong relationship-building to deliver high-quality, consistent support.
