I'm responsible for day-to-day People Operations at Intelligent Legal Solutions, where I've built HR policies, processes, SOPs and lifecycle workflows from the ground up.

I've introduced workflow automation, employee and manager self-service, structured recruitment processes, and automated communications for onboarding, probation, contract extensions and salary changes. I also manage PeopleForce HRIS, payroll inputs, benefits administration and People reporting.

At Moonpig, I managed the employee lifecycle for more than 300 employees and handled around 50 HR queries each week. I introduced structured HR ticketing through Freshservice and coordinated monthly payroll changes for 250+ employees.

My experience spans UK and global People Operations, including EOR-supported employment, HRIS data audits, GDPR and DSAR requests, recruitment coordination, compliance and DEI communications. I'm particularly interested in building practical HR processes that help organisations grow and change.
