What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end technical programs—especially AI products—using Agile delivery, human-in-the-loop governance, and measurable adoption metrics, partnering closely with engineering and security to ship with clarity and accountability.

I’m a Technical Program Manager who drives 0→1 delivery of internal AI tools from concept through launch, with a strong focus on governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. At Microsoft (via Kforce), I built human-in-the-loop oversight for AI outputs and owned Agile execution in Azure DevOps—backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements—so engineering could move fast without losing accuracy or compliance.

Before that, I shaped product direction as a Product Manager by translating research into actionable roadmaps, aligning UX, engineering, customer success, and marketing around measurable adoption and KPI outcomes. Earlier in my career, as an Associate Software Engineer at Optum (UnitedHealth Group), I shipped member-facing features in regulated environments and improved testing and onboarding through disciplined engineering practices.
