Previously at Chewy, I established cross-functional governance that reduced egregious deliveries from 1.3% to 0.3% and improved package speed by 0.92 days for the highest-demand 5% of items. At Amazon Last Mile, I supported enterprise technology and process rollouts across 200+ delivery stations, contributing to $44M in labor savings.
