I am an experienced project manager transitioning into medical billing, with a strong foundation in workflow coordination, deadline management, and cross-functional communication.

At Insight Global/Capital One I led initiatives to optimize IT asset recovery and compliance, developed strategies to recover devices, maintained ownership records in ServiceNow, and produced weekly device lockout reports to track incidents and remediation.

During my tenure at Capital One I grew and led recruiting teams, hiring large volumes of technical talent (including 105 external and 26 internal hires in 2017) and insourcing a 24/7 service desk requiring 70+ hires, while owning communications and event delivery for leadership.
