What I'm looking for

The right role for me is one that blends process improvement, problem‑solving, and customer support. I thrive in roles where I can collaborate with teams to build workflows, automate processes, and ensure users have timely, accurate access and support.

At Hilltop Holdings, I support enterprise onboarding and implementation workflows, coordinating user lifecycle management, access provisioning, group administration, and permissions governance across multiple systems.

I partner with IAM, ServiceNow, IT, and HR teams to streamline request fulfillment, improve onboarding efficiency, and reduce manual processing through automation. I also collaborate on workflow enhancements, standardized intake processes, and data-quality improvements using Oracle and ServiceNow.

Previously at Emory Healthcare, I managed access for more than 10,000 staff and student accounts, supporting secure onboarding, offboarding, Active Directory accounts, security groups, Exchange mailboxes, and role-based application access.

At Eaton, I supported business application implementations, user access, testing, SAP-based inventory and sales workflows, and root-cause troubleshooting with customers and software developers.
